Finally! A Filipino fine dining restaurant in Rancho Cordova. Excellent customer service, great food, fast service. The ambiance is awesome. Clean and well-maintained restrooms. Our server, Chloe was very attentive and sweet. Menben, our host, showed the Filipino hospitality and it was a great experience. We will be back soon :)

Simply put, the food was as authentic as it gets. Sinigang was perfectly sour, with the fish and bakchoy well prepared. Calamares paired well with the soy sauce. The beef tapa meal reminded me of my Lola’s breakfasts and had me licking my plate! Service was also great, our server checked up on us periodically, as well as the hosts. Decor inside the restaurant was spectacular, colorful flags lining the ceiling, a cute rose wall for social media, and a cute bahay kubo-style wall decor, lots of attention to detail. Being a Filipino immigrant and having eaten at plenty of Filipino restaurants in the Sacramento area, this is definitely a place to check out! Will be returning and bringing my extended family!

This is an upscale Filipino restaurant, a go to place to relax and enjoy authentic Filipino cuisine. The food is awesome, the ambiance is warm and joyful, the staff and management were extremely welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed eating there. Tasty, fresh and authentic. Thank you for opening this much needed oasis in Sacramento Marvin David and company.

Overall, I offer a 5-star rating for our first experience at Fiesta Philippines for customer service, atmosphere, food, and value. Out of a price range ($ - $$$$), I'd say Fiesta Philippines is easily between $$ - $$$ / $20 - $50 per person; and worth it from our experience. It is a family-owned, local, small business, not a corporate nor national chain. In Sacramento County, Fat's is known for their Chinese cuisine and Mikuni's is known for their Japanese cuisine. I believe Fiesta Philippines will be known for their Filipino cuisine.

We heard via the NextDoor app about Fiesta Philippines opening up in our neck of the woods - Rancho Cordova, CA. It's in the middle of the County, easily accessible off of US Highway 50 and Zinfandel Drive, on Olson Drive. Now for Filipino food, we no longer need to drive out to McClellan, North Natomas, South Sacramento, Elk Grove, nor Folsom which are all on the outskirts of the County. Excited to try it out, we waited until Sunday afternoon (5-days after they opened) to give them some time to iron out any of their grand-opening kinks. Not knowing what to expect, we planned on simply ordering takeaway/to-go and enjoying our food in the comforts of our home.

At 3 PM on a Sunday afternoon, there were folks outside waiting to be seated. I queued up behind others who were in line - as we waited for the restaurant host. When it was my turn, the host kindly placed my order on his touchscreen tablet and quoted me 30-minutes. He invited me to have a seat inside at their bar as I waited for my order. As I sat there, they brought me a carafe and glass of chilled flat water. These are great examples of wonderful customer service.

I looked around and saw the restaurant's atmosphere was more contemporary and pleasantly modern versus some of the more dated, kitschy-styled decor found at other Filipino restaurants we've been to dine. Additionally, the front of house staff were pleasant as they were busy with dinner service, bussing, and turning over the tables and booths for the next dine-in guest. The use of black linen table cloths, black linen napkins, along with glassware and metal flatware added a statement that this is definitely a step up from the more causal dine-in or cafeteria style place with chafing dishes of already prepared food experience found at other Filipino restaurants. As expected for a newly opened business, it was very clean and fresh which is more reason to recommend others to try this place.

As promised, our cooked-to-order items were ready in less than the promised 30-minutes. It was three à la carte items perfect for sharing family-style: Pancit Bihon ($17), Lumpia Shanghai ($12), and Sinigang Baboy ($23). They used to-go food containers & paper bags with strong handles that were sturdy, eco-friendly, and compostable; not single use plastic materials.

Our total order came up to $52.00 before calculating in the local tax and gratuity. I paid, walked out with our takeaway, drove home, and sat down to eat. About 15-minutes passed from when the food left their kitchen and when we were in our kitchen enjoying the food. [See photos of our food.] We enjoyed what we ordered. The fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and delicious preparation were very much to our liking. The Lumpia Shanghai was crispy, not oily, and served with a nice sweet & sour dipping sauce. The Pancit Bihon had nice bites of chicken, pork, shrimp, vegetables, and pieces of fresh lemon to squeeze over the dish. The Sinigang Baboy had the tasty tamarind sourness that we appreciate in the soup along with good bites of pork, tomato, onion, eggplant, okra, bok choy, etc. Not only did we have enough food for two adults, we each enjoyed a second helping and still had leftovers - a lunch for one.

After this experience, we decided the food was delicious and worth going back to try other items off of their menu. After having seen their indoor dining options, we decided to try eating at the restaurant next time.

We have tried to take out the Binagoongan Rice, Kare Kare and Palabok. Everything is tasty! Will surely come back! We ordered food that we don't oftenly cook at home and our cravings were perfectly satisfied! Keep it up guys and we wish you all the best! So nice to have place to go to closer when we want Filipino foods. Decor and inside restaurant warped pretty too.

Finally a Filipino restaurant in the area..We came in for dinner we were greeted by very friendly staff and owners. The ambiance is festive and a good representation of Filipino fiesta.
While we were waiting for our order they gave us complimentary lumpiang Shanghai,
which was so appreciated since we were hungry.
Now the food...
Crispy Pata - so good, fresh and crispy. Meat was fall of the bone and the fat melts in your mouth..yummy!!
Binagoongan Rice- very surprised!! The fried rice was delicious, it has tomatoes, thinly sliced green mangoes and chunks of meat and the portion is huge. It can probably feed 4 people!! You can also order it by itself and be full and satisfied.
Pansit canton- so scrumptious... maybe I am biased because I love pansit canton!
It was cooked the way I liked it, noodles were perfect, some veggies, meat and it is saucy not dry.
Price is decent and fair considering inflation, the ambience and the freshness and quality of the food.
We will definitely come back to try their other dishes and would recommend to friends and family..
